Body and Landscape
We start again in april 2010, if you want to be on the malinglist send an e-mail to: lichaamenlandschap@gmail.com

A flower is most beautiful, not by finding her beautiful, but by letting
her be a flower in your experience.
Nico Tydeman, zen-teacher
Series of workshops in which we try, in different ways, to experience the relations
between our bodies and landscapes, to observe these experiences, and maybe to
‘deepen’ them.
The work will exist, among more, out of: a warming up, sitting and being aware
(meditation), slow and silent walking, being moved by a partner, moving and
being moved with closed eyes, imitation of processes in nature and (in different
ways) reporting on one’s own experiences and giving feedback to others.
for who? Everybody of 16 year and older. The work is fysically
not hard but demands the will to concentrate oneself. If you have a handicap,
contact me to discuss what is possible and not possible.
when? where? At sundays 11.00-17.00, from april till september,
in nature areas in the surroundings of Amsterdam (that can be reached by public
transport or by bike). For next sunday e-mail lichaamenlandschap@gmail.com
what to bring? A small backpack, light shoes, lose fitting
clothes (that can become dirty), a light lunch, enough water, pen and paper,
a plastic bag, and maybe sunmilk or rainclothing.
what does it cost? €25,- a day (€20,- for students
and people who have a ‘stadspas’)
